As warriors for peace it can be difficult to witness the violence of the world. If you are like me, you may feel an urgent call to respond—to offer yourself in service to those who are suffering—the planet and its people. Know this: You can! When my heart is breaking and I feel limited by resources or responsibilities, I am empowered to remember that meditation is a form of compassionate action. Love is the greatest power on Earth. In this short workshop, I offer three meditation practices to empower you—to remind you that you can do more for the world than you might realize.
