This movement workshop takes an in depth look into the meditative or flow state through an exploration of various practices that connect one to breath, energy and movement. The 7 energy vortexes or chakras will provide a platform for an internal journey using the practices of vinyasa yoga, qi gong, mudra, affirmation and sound to provide a deeper relationship to oneself.

Her mantra is yoga is living and she teaches her students to live life awake, be more present and live yoga; through the practice of philosophy, meditation, asana, pranayama, mantra and energy healing. She believes yoga is powerful through its ability to connect, within/ without, ego self/Higher Self, microcosm/macrocosm, community/unity.
